Salary growth is nonexistent — raises are not given despite increased workload and expectations. Many great and experienced managers have left the company, and their replacements are unprofessional and lack understanding of the actual job requirements. There is constant pressure without proper knowledge of the work being done, which creates unnecessary stress and frustration. Communication is poor, and employees do not feel supported or valued. Overall, the work environment leaves an awful feeling and low morale.
