Cons

Many cross-functional partners in different time zones are distributed globally, so finding overlap time for collaboration can be challenging. However, every team member is welcoming and proactive in finding overlap time to work, which makes things easier to collaborate. Also, it is fun to work with smart folks coming from differtn part of the world.
