Global reach. Decent smart home products. Immense potential to do great things.

Cons

Cannot do great things because the leaders always seem to be pointing company in the wrong direction. And then changing direction six months later.

- Cool technology which makes for interesting work - Most employees really care about their work - The IT department is very helpful - Good work life balance

Cons

- Upper management and HR are not flexible about remote work and require everyone to be hybrid - Reorgs and project cancellations without cause are too frequent

Internal staff is stepped on, constantly be whipped to do more, overlooked for promotions. Employees are treated unfairly. After I left the company, I found out I was making a lot more than my female counterpart, and she did a lot more work than I did.
