Fair Wages and semi flexible

Cons

Everything else. Management is actually awful. Nothing ever gets done. All departments fully siloed and working on conflicting or duplicate projects at all times.

Lots of experienced people who care about products and how they are built, and put the customer first

Cons

None of the C-Suite knows how the products are really made or what is easy vs. hard. Nor do they have the vision to predict where the industry is going. They are just revenue chasers without any heart
