Great Company with Lots of Potential for Growth

Pros

- Incredible access to executives who are involved to mentor & grow - The company still has many opportunities for growth, and REZI leadership welcomes value-add suggestions for making processes better - Coworkers maintain high standards while also demonstrating empathy & support during times of stress

Cons

- The company can do a lot in terms of modernizing systems to reflect our drive for more resilient processes - Leadership could do more to drive the culture of Resideo. (i.e. we believe in our mission and vision, but who are Resideo employees outside of work? Charities, Company Events, etc.) - There is a significant lack of standardized processes where required. Lots of times we fly without much guidance, and it can dampen our ability to be effective if the process is new every single time someone goes through it. I'm talking about fundamental processes, not those that might change every cycle.
