Terrible pay: expect you to work long hours with no overtime. No pay bump in 4 years. Toxic environment: lack of basic respect and appreciation. Everything is old and outdated: no new innovation.

Pros

They have decent benefits including health coaching and egg freezing. They also do 7% 401K matching and offer recurring HSA contributions each pay period.

Cons

They initiated unwarranted layoffs. We were told that it was not due to performance but to department restructuring and a reduction in force. The severance was weak, you get a week's worth of your salary for each year that you worked there. There wasn't much room for growth, so this was a blessing in disguise.
