This lack of upward mobility can be frustrating and demotivating for employees. I suggest prioritize creating clear career paths and opportunities for growth, and empowering our employees to reach their full potential. - There is a poor leadership environment where employees feel inadequate and unsure of their worth and work style. This goes against the company's mission of fostering autonomy and passion in employees. I suggest creating a culture of respect and support, where you can build a stronger team that feels empowered and valued.

Leadership is not transparent; discrepancies in raises/promotions among POC and non-POC; technology has a long way to go before it's useful and therefore all benefits to customers come from CS/people power which leads to burnout and unrealistic expectations
