Pros

The people doing the actual work are great trying to do the best out of a bad situation.

Cons

The Chief Information Officer who was hired in Jan 2024 has created a toxic work environment, he is abusive to his subordinates and to his peer, and he has cross ethical boundaries in calls with vendors and clients. He was reported to the Board of Directors for HR violations by multiple leaders in his organization and that’s why our previous HR leader left the company, as the CIO is a crony of the CEO. CEO then hired a new HR leader that’s been with him previously to cover everything up and now the CIO can act however he wants without consequences. He has driven out most effective leadership, and every hire he has made to senior leadership positions has left within a year because no one can stand to continue to work for him. I do not recommend this company for employment, and specifically IT for employment as the CIO might be the most under qualified and incompetent leader I have ever met. If you join you are signing up for abuse, retaliation, and the most ineffective leader you will ever meet.

Pros

Free office items; notebooks, pens, pads, pencils, stapler, staples, etc. Any office supplies needed are readily availble.

Cons

Lie to get people to apply, over work there employees, deny time off even for medical reasons, pay does not reflect workload compared to other companies with similar pay.

Pros

The job pays well, the benefits are okay (better than contractor benefits but certainly not as great as other companies I've worked with)

Cons

Work life balance is ..... Severely lacking. There is a far better schedule than 2-2-3 that would accommodate a 24/7 manufacturing schedule without resorting to 2-2-3 but for whatever reason, this is what they think works best.
