Good vision, addressing a real gap in industry.

Cons

Severe lack of people skills, EQ/IQ at the most senior commercial level. Employees are frequently treated and talked about like kids. Lack of professionalism, strategy, patience. Comments like “rather disappoint customers than the board” gets thrown around. Alarming culture in commercial, will not encourage people to stay.
