Pros

- An opportunity to get your foot in the door i guess. - Some co-workers in some departments are smart and nice people. - If you're interested in politics, this is the place for you.

Cons

- Disorganized - Disrespectful work life balance - Unprofessional - Understaffed (severely) - Unrealistic expectations - It's not uncommon to see a coworker at the point of tears - Micromanagement is the norm - Training is a joke - No accountability - High turnover for good reason

Great idea ruined by greedy incompetent leadership

Pros

There is real value proposition and the market need for a company like Resilience. There are a few smart and driven people that are trying to do the right thing.

Cons

Too many to list, very toxic environment - not a single leadership meeting without swearing, sexist remarks, blaming everyone around but never taking ownerhip. Execs are only interested (and very open about it) in holding onto their positions long enough to have their initial stock option grant vest and get out of here.

Pros

Resilience has a vision. Don’t listen to the acquisition reviews because they don’t reflect Resilience. They reflect their old company’s leadership that didn’t manage the change well. Global changes need to happen for the best and once we are established, it will be streamlined. resilience isn’t afraid to shout about inclusiveness, the pay is amazing & they pick the best of the best to work here.

Cons

None at the moment. We’re all learning and you can see HR actively working to make improvements.
