      Pros

      Will continue to grow IMO.

      Cons

      There appears to be a passion for HR to hear great things and rolling out new exciting systems while turning a blind eye to employees. The work being medical is paperwork heavy, stupefying slow and therefore tends to be tedious. Many managers only know ResMed in their current role and are thus naïve to norms beyond ResMed in the area(s) they now manage.

      Pros

      The remuneration is great plus the share purchase plan. Flexible hours but no structure to promote collaboration

      Cons

      Company culture is very junior and hierarchical. There is a strong lack of authenticity in the company. There more concern about the internal politics than really understanding the welfare of its employees. This is especially for finance business partners with the senior leaders unwilling to protect and understand team members and to do whatever other leaders wish. There is very low empathy in the APAC region.

      - Compensation and Health insurance. - Working towards meaningful products that really do change lives - Warm company culture - WORK REMOTE

      Cons

      - office politics in the middle and higher management can be quite frustrating to watch - ResMed isn't taking advantage of tech advancements at all. Some practices are from the dark ages. - Management promote their FRIENDS over more skilled employees
