-Very small salary increment -Career progression is very slow, unless you are favored by higher management -The management seems not so comfortable to encourage job rotation -Some politics -Benefits not as good as other med-tech companies

Business supported greatly by government initiatives. As long as government support is around, the jobs will be around. Good place to work little and earn decent.

Cons

Limited progression in areas where government support is not there. Still a foreign company, as such limited progression for local. May have discrimination against Asian (ex Aussie).
