      - Great product that genuinely helps the lives of others - Great people to work with - Excellent parties - Great campus and excellent facilities

      - Lack of communication between departments is a nightmare - Lack of communication from management to employees - No open and honest communication - Not the best training - Starting to focus more on profitability and money rather than patient care - When it's busy, you have no time to do anything but work

      Work is challenging, the staff are friendly, the campus is very comfortable to work in.

      Cons

      Very far away from central Sydney, remote location. Was issued a very old laptop to perform my job (software), which was not very efficient.
