Pros

Great Mission Compensation on a par with bigger companies

Cons

There have been a lot of layoffs in recent months - these have been managed and communicated very poorly by local HR and global leadership with little respect shown to individuals and remaining teams. You learn alot about a company in how they treat employees during these times. We have lost some really good people including those who were key to our success and drove our amazing work culture. THe new Global Product and Engineering teams are not inclusive and their leaders are not fit for their roles. Local HR leader is detached from site. Morale is very low as unless you are part of the clique in Sydney or San Diego you have no real long term promotional opportunities. For ResMed it has to be " all ideas generated in Sydney". It is not the case of talent wins out but who you know or how to manage up.
