The company underwent massive reorgs starting in October 2023 and people are just disappearing because they spoke up at some point and are targeted for dismissal under the guise of "your job is being eliminated"... hard to justify that when you're already advertising for an opening that covers 90-95% of what the eliminated person was doing. Bad behavior is tolerated as long as you're falling in line with what leadership wants to happen.
Senior leaders have no strategic vision. The company's cult of personality revolves around the CEO being the son of the founder, so whatever he wants has to happen, and he's very reactive to whatever's happening at the moment so everyone has to jump in immediately to fulfill his desires. Company is prioritizing short-term tactical deliverables over long-term growth just to show progress they can use to juice the stock price.
Culture is rapidly deteriorating as the uncertainty around job security and constant reorgs and rapid changes in direction mount.
