Pros

Having worked at a couple great San Diego companies over the years, including Rady Children's Hospital and SAIC (Leidos), as good as they were ResMed is the best. ResMed has assembled a team both in San Diego and globally, of some of the best and brighest, people who I both enjoy working with and who challenge me to do my job even better, every day. In addition to the people the products that we develop and services that we provide are leading edge, all designed to "Change Lives with Every Breath." It feels great to come to work every day and work in an incredible environment, surrounded by beautiful artwork, work with great people and contribute to a mission of saving people's lives.

Cons

While my commute to ResMed was far better than to SAIC when I started almost 5 years ago, the commute / traffic has gotten worse. That said the parking garage is great, especially on rainy days!

Pros

Jump in the fast lane! It's awesome. Brilliant colleagues, invigorating discussion, and killer happy hour debates make ResMed an incredible place to come to work each day. Every ammentiy is onsite (huge cafe, gym, dry cleaning service, walking paths, and nespresso's aplenty). The best part, you're literally helping people breath and live longer with every ResMed product!! I feel good about everything I do because I'm contributing to improved quality of life for our patients.

Cons

There's a good mix of long-lasting and 'newbie' employees/colleagues - that's a great thing - but change is neccessary for growth - merging these two worlds and goals can be challenging.
