Family/team atmosphere. Results oriented organization. A wide diversity of work/skill sets you may be exposed too.

Cons

Unless you enjoy diversity in your work assignments with broad geographic worksites and a decent amount of travel, this may not be the best fit for you professionally.

Pros

Great location. Solid management. Company is willing to invest in their employees. CEO is a good guy, but is very outspoken about his very conservative views. (Maybe this should be a Con?) There's a Chipolte across the street.

Cons

There is a strong division within the different sectors of the company. There are too few bathrooms for the number of employees.

Upper management is disorganized and lacks a clear vision for company growth. The absence of real leadership leads to an unnecessarily competitive and at times hostile work environment and unfortunately HR is powerless and therefore unhelpful.
