      Gave Resolve Group my Fifteen years plus expertise in purchasing knowledge, multi task management skills directed towards results; goal oriented driven, possessing excellent strategic operations and inventory and planning skills, with capital creation projects experience. Multiple and Ad Hoc Buying, Sourcing, Vendor selection, Merchandising, Logistics and Purchasing organizational expertise proven track record. Proven developmental ability to support and implement supply chain initiatives, international projects and increase profitability and meeting deadlines while reducing operational costs.

      Cons

      Incongruent management, being stumbling block without training is not a job description.

      Pros

      Resolve keeps you busy round the clock without making you feel overworked, which is great. I felt constantly involved with all the projects that were being undertaken by the company

      Cons

      A lot of the things they do seem to be counter-intuitive. The upper management back-tracks a lot, making it difficult to make decisions and stick to it.

      Pay, Interesting Projects worldwide, occasional travel, great people

      Cons

      Last minute travel. Commercial coordinator involved A LOT of paperwork that I was not a fan of.
