Thank you for your time as an intern with our company and for sharing your experience here on GlassDoor. We value the work of our interns and continue to make a concerted effort to include more of them on our team. Real and perceived disorganization can exist in any growing company. Our training team is working hard to update materials and help employees understand their roles and responsibilities. We expect this will reduce confusion and redundant work. Some of the roles in the company are brand new, and job descriptions evolve as gaps in the organization get filled. Good luck with your studies, and please keep us in mind as a potential employer when you graduate.

Pros

I loved working here and am sad to be leaving! My boss genuinely cared about the wellness of his team, the happiness of the individual employee, and inspired the best in performance. One of my favorite things working here was the training I received. We were always encouraged to learn more and take trainings to expand our knowledge about our industry. One of the perks working here is that Resolvit encourages a healthy work- life balance, they understand the importance of family and want employees enjoy life outside of just work.

Cons

Opportunities with in the company are limited.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your positive experience with Resolvit. As you point out, training is a key focus for us. Over 1% of our total revenue is spent on training and career development, which includes conferences, trade shows, customized classroom events, and open-forum classes. Opportunities may sometimes feel limited at Resolvit due to our size and locations. We did expanded hiring dramatically across all departments, divisions, and geographies this past year, while at the same time promoting and moving people between departments. However, we understand that we can’t always meet our employees’ career and lifestyle goals all of the time. We do hope that you’ll consider Resolvit for employment opportunities in the future, and that you’ll bring your new experiences back to us to further improve the company.

Pros

Friendly staff, very supportive Care Managers

Cons

Not as responsive to finding next contract opportunity as I would expect. Too many 11th hour/59th minute moments for getting the next contract.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience here at Resolvit. Your concerns about “not as responsive to finding next contract” and “too many 11th hour moments” are extremely disappointing and hard to hear. Placing our consultants on new projects with Resolvit is something that we work to improve and pay attention to constantly. Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn’t go as smoothly as it should. This is an issue not just for management, but something for every team member in the company to help resolve. As you know, we hold biannual face-to-face All Hands meetings for all employees to attend, ask questions, and share ideas. The reason for this delayed response to your posting is that it was included and shared in presentations to everyone in every Resolvit city. It highlighted that we all need to do everything we can across the country, in all cities, and with every client to make sure that our coworkers have additional projects available to them. The good news is that several new processes and procedures are being put in place to help us improve in this area. We are implementing new communication channels for our employees, starting 30, 60, and 90 days out from a project’s scheduled end date. An automated redeployment tool for sales and our Business Service Managers (BSMs) is being developed now and will be rolled out very soon. We’ve adjusted our internal processes to make it a dedicated person’s job to redeploy our employees, including modifying their compensation to reflect this added responsibility. And to make sure that no one misses an opportunity within the company, when an employee’s project is scheduled to end, we will broadcast that employee’s availability, skills, and experience across all of our employees. Since you left us with a mostly positive experience, hopefully you will consider us again as an employer. We would appreciate the chance to include you as we make these changes, and for you to help us enhance them even more with your perspective. Thank you again for helping our company grow stronger and be more effective.
