Pros

Work-life balance is excellent. Salaries based on actual hours worked are extremely competitive - in fact better than most. Recruiting is selective and folks hired are the best in the business. Endless opportunities for motivated consultants.

Cons

Those who require a bit more structure won't get it here. You need to be fairly attracted to a flat structure and be comfortable taking on lots of different varied challenges. Benefits could be increased a bit.

Pros

There is a lot of freedom to create the right processes for a project and project managers are given a lot of room to manage their projects as they see fit. People are talented and the hiring process results in quality developers.

Cons

Not great holiday and vacation benefits. Pay is a bit lower than industry standards for job description and experience.

Pros

Work-life balance is not just a catch phrase here, we actually walk the talk. Very customer oriented, as you would expect from a consulting firm. Lots of opportunity for growth and development for self-starters and hard workers. Very flexible around career direction and priorities, including time-off and leave of absence. Very collegial, really a great group of people.

Cons

Not much of a ladder if you're looking to "climb" for an inflated salary (fairly flat organization, which is a plus in my book). Not much mentoring or hand-holding (again, this can be seen as a good thing). To be honest, there are not many cons if you're the right fit for the culture. Some clients can be "challenging", but that just goes with the territory (consulting).
