changes, and other company changes through out the year are confusing, do not protect employees, make benefits worse and overall create chaos and a lot of turn over. Company and management has stated they don’t care about turn over even losing core staff. Then they just pile the other people’s work that resigned on other people’s laps without asking or compensation, so numerous people are doing many people’s jobs. Which causes a lot of stress and pressure for people’s “performance” and product quality. Overall pressure to produce quickly over quality in general. Some of the worst management I’ve ever seen. People managing teams have no clue where field staff are or what they are doing even though the team is small. Upper management has no over site and can get away with doing the bare minimum, throw other people under the bus and overall act immaturely creating a toxic work environment. Promise good benefits, flexible schedule etc etc. The expectation is to work a lot of overtime weekly with no compensation, high amount of travel and guilted out of remote work and terrible benefits. The expectation is to make this job your whole life regardless of personal responsibilities with lack of benefits, lack of support from management and lack of fair compensation for OT. Career opportunities are solely based on favoritism or when other staff quit. People are only promoted when absolutely necessary or someone else at that level quits, which is fairly often. With this high level of turnover it makes it hard for new employees to have a proper support system. Absolutely no company culture, team building or company values. Quickly like to mention the absolute lack of diverse peoples at my location and somehow the policy on protecting POC disappeared. I would completely steer clear of this company until they figure out basic fundamentals.
