      Prepare to be worked to death

      Pros

      Interesting projects in the environmental field. Great regional leads.

      Cons

      Prepare to wear multiple hats and continually have to do more. After layoffs last year and no new pipeline of employees many people are doing the work of many people. Cant get an answer in a timely manner from corp group and many people are not qualified to do the role they are in.

      Great for entry level, bad for career growth

      Pros

      - Great teammates - Good for entry level staff - Some of the Benefits - Was good for the the first three years

      Cons

      - Upper management is a revolving door and is not stable - Growth is VERY difficult and many jobs top out with no where to go but out - Pay is VERY low and not competitive - 3-6 years you really see how there is little opportunity for upward growth, unless others quit and you get tossed into the job

      Regrets Emptiness Sad

      Pros

      Benefits are Ok, offers some flexibility with working. Thats pretty much it.

      Cons

      Working at RES is if not the worst, at least one of the worst experience i've ever had in my life. I'll never recommend RES to even the most desperate unemployed job-seeker. It's been nothing short of hell here. I came here, thinking i'd grow as a person and a professional but i've regressed significantly since day one. I regret not digging deeper and doing research about RES before accepting the offer. The emptiness i've accumulated since day one is like a bottomless pit. Upper management is extremely demeaning, condescending and shallow. My experience here has made me so sad, I would never want my worst enemy to experience this. I'm praying I find a way out to end this nightmare.
