The company culture is good, and there is genuine concern for the well-being of workers. Pay is moderate to good for the industry. PTO and parental leave are generous for established employees.

Cons

Communication is poor, but improving. Training is generally lacking. There are standards and operating procedures, but time is often not allotted for properly training new recruits on them.
