      Pros

      -Regional culture is positive. -Interesting and fun projects. -Great place to gain environmental experience. If you want to embrace a career in ecological restoration then this company is for you.

      Cons

      -History of poor company-wide decisions have set back the trajectory of the growth, but this is being resolved by leadership. -Benefits are overall ok but comparatively could be better.
