Good Benefits here and most the people are really nice and helpful to a degree

there is definitely a feeling of sweat shop here. high process and no excuses. No balance and no understanding No differentiating between any role only that you process applications. to tell you how they respond to company feedback , they knew people were not happy so they sent out a request for feedback . over a year later no results from it and it was the only one the company to my knowledge has had. People are not held accountable unless its a supervisor or below. there is no clear direction so they can change it at any whim. I love working here but it is vary challenging if you are a person with purpose to not loos heart and move on.
