Horrible leaders,, no development and lack of tools/resouces, lack of inclusion and diversity (every woman hired at once branch was let go in less than a year---not true of newly hired guys in same branch), only promote those who bow down to President and suck up

Wow…. I am surprised you have chosen to remain a “current” employee of ROI. It sounds like this company isn’t a fit for you. As a fellow employee I can honestly say that my experience working here has been completely different than yours. What you are describing is totally inconsistent from what other employees have described through employee surveys, reviews and feedback. I suggest you speak with HR to make arrangements to improve the situation.
-Excellent company culture, wonderful staff
-People work hard in this office and enjoy working with each other
-Strong earnings potential for those who are motivated and have long term growth ambition
-Young leaders, future leaders with progressive vision
-Fun Company events
Cons
Sometimes our ATS is slow, but that happens when the firm is busy. Hopefully an upgrade is in the future.
There is a lot of diversity in the day to day activities. Responsibilities range from the candidate side, the client side, networking, and many others. The people that work here are all good at what they do, very helpful, and awesome people to be around. The training process is hands on and on going. It never stops. This is a growing company that has set its sights on being the best and continuing to expand its reach and its markets. There is an entrepreneurial spirit where it is in everyone's best interest to grow the company and its reputation.
Cons
There is a lot of work. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a typical 9-5 job. The job demands that you take ownership of the company and have a personal investment in it.
