      Great for a self starter

      Pros

      A real chance to create your own opportunity that rewards hard work and ambition with good compensation. Good performers that are able to grow into managers can do very well for themselves.

      Cons

      Not enough investment in tools and technology to help recruiters perform better and gain more access to information.
