      Pros

      If you are just starting out in the industry, managers and co-workers are always willing to help and support you. If you have some experience or are an independent worker/quick learner, there is an immediate opportunity for success (and financial reward).

      Cons

      Not much to put here. Everything is pretty straightforward and you will reap what you sow in this industry. It seems obvious that everyone at ROI is pushing for you to succeed and will do what they can to help if you are struggling.

      Great opportunity to begin growing your career. Opportunity for advancement and growth. Good leadership to help develop the necessary skills to get to the next level. Provides you a lot of responsibility early on. Your not just another number, your importance in day to day operations is very important.

      Cons

      Like any job you get what you put into it, if you want to succeed the time and effort put into it will show the results you want. Really no cons to hit on.

      Pros

      Coming from a large staffing firm to a smaller company has shown me the different worlds of staffing. ROI's team mentality to get the job done while remaining partners to our placements has been eye opening. I personally have the flexibility needed in my current environment to continue to develop myself, which is something my direct supervisor is extremely supportive of. I'm treated as a partner not a subordinate which is completely different from my prior role and i'm thoroughly enjoying my experience to date

      Cons

      The size of the company doesn't allow to the unlimited resources i had exposure to in my previous company. Which allows me to do more research on my own. Not so much of a con
