      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 5 years and my experience has been nothing but positive. Personally, I find working in small groups to achieve the same goal makes for a great team atmosphere. Because we handle many different responsibilities, each day can be very different from the next. Although it takes a lot of effort to remain focused, the different responsibilities are a key driver of professional development. I do feel that working within a male-dominant industry, a woman needs to be confident dealing with mostly men as peers, candidates and clients. As a woman working at Resource Options with a focus in the construction industry I find I’m accepted and treated as an equal. Compensation is salary and commission plus bonuses. The commissions are team structured and I find this helps with the culture and is a great environment for training and mentoring. The opportunity to make good money is the same for everyone, as long as you are willing to put the work in.

      Cons

      You might find yourself having a work phone call or writing a work email during the weekend; however you also will reap the financial benefits.

      Pros

      -Excellent company culture, wonderful staff -People work hard in this office and enjoy working with each other -Strong earnings potential for those who are motivated and have long term growth ambition -Young leaders, future leaders with progressive vision -Fun Company events

      Cons

      Sometimes our ATS is slow, but that happens when the firm is busy. Hopefully an upgrade is in the future.

      Amazing Culture and Support

      Pros

      I have been with Resource Options since Fall of 2017 and from Day 1 the level of support I've received has been far better than any company I previously worked for. I have felt this way both professionally and personally as the leaders at Resource Options have had an "open door" policy and regularly pull up a chair next to me to check in on my progress and be available for any questions I might have. Resource Options is a company that cares about their employees which has produced a tight-knit, team-oriented environment while also making it easy for newer people to feel right at home. Like every company, I am encouraged daily to work hard but a distinctly different trait about Resource Options is that I am not only asked to work hard, but I am also equipped to be successful within that work. It is encouraging to work hard and know that those above me and around me are putting in the same effort and supporting me in a way that leads to success.

      Cons

      This is not truly a "con" but if someone is unwilling to put in the work they will not do well at Resource Options.
