      Pros

      ROI has always had a competitive, fun and challenging environment. This is a company that recognizes hard work and talent, and pushes you to always improve. The growth opportunities are what keep the employees driving to a common goal.

      Cons

      Staffing is a tough but rewarding business. You only get back what you put in.

      Pros

      Opportunity for growth and promotion, decent salary and benefits. Very relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Managers have no problem with doing whatever had to be done to put themselves in a better position to move up. Managers have very little accountability to upper leadership. Growth plans are a major selling point, but then change on a monthly basis. Goals are often arbitrary and have no basis in reality.

      Pros

      The company has had consistent growth for the last 5 years and just released revenue targets for next 5 years. If all goes to plan, there should be considerable opportunity for employee growth in this company. ROI has been very fair with compensation.
