      Pros

      Working on varied tasks such as sales, marketing, finance and recruiting. On a day to day basis jobs change, candidates change, and needs change. Forward marketing candidates to clients can be a different kind of sales. Getting new clients and maintaining old ones. The atmosphere and people in the office are great and fun to team up with.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of hours and weekends.. The type of staffing we do can have urgent needs and require immediate attention. Client can recognize at the last minute that they need manpower, or there can emergency response.

      Pros

      Working at ROI I am able to be in a competitive environment while working in a team atmosphere. They have a great mentor program that teaches you recruiting, sales, networking, business development and account management. The manager’s at ROI invest time into you and are great to work with. ROI's future is bright as the company is growing rapidly. They have a great foundation in place.

      Cons

      This is not a 9-5 job. There will be times at nights, early in the morning, and weekends where you will get a call that requires immediate attention.

      Achievable Goals Supportive senior staff Generous compensation (base salary + commission as a recruiter) Your commission is only limited by your ambition Expectations are clearly set ROI has worked exclusively in the design and construction industry for the past 16 years, so they have a great reputation as experts in the industry. Bi-annul team-building outings
