      Nothing comes to mind at this time

      Cons

      Treat their people poorly and pay well below industry average. Known to hire inexperienced workers, pay extremely poorly, churn, and burn. They preach “growth” but there’s nothing at all to show for it besides words.

      If you are actually employed by Resource Options I would ask you to contact our Human Resource Manager to discuss your concerns and options for transitioning out of the company. Clearly this is not the right place for you. As for your comments about working here I do feel like they are inconsistent with the thoughts and feelings of the other members of the team at Resource Options. Based on the data we have our compensation packages consistently exceed the industry average and we have experienced unprecedented growth over the past year. We have recently expanded into new markets by opening new offices, increased our headcount, and promoted new managers to continue to fuel our growth.

      Pros

      ROI has been in high growth mode every year since I started. This growth allows all employees to create opportunities for their professional advancement and earn a living that is above the staffing industry averages. Additionally: -Fun company outings -Open door policy with all senior staff -Building relationships internally and externally is in the fabric -Compensation Base plus unlimited commission potential -Competitive -Advancement opportunities available from day one -Motivated staff in each office, with emphasis on team collaboration -Entrepreneurship -Awesome Owner

      no 401k, Slow computers at times (however this is changing for the better every week)

      Great place to get experience for other opportunties

      Pros

      You will learn a lot here. I was able to learn account management, sales, administrative tasks, and generally how to act like a professional. Management was great and understanding and there is an open door policy.

      Cons

      Not enough income to stay for a long period of time. You get more opportunities after being there for a year.

      Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are always looking to improve our employee experience and we will consider your feedback. We do offer unlimited commission in addition to a base salary. The idea behind our compensation package is reward top performers with a total compensation package that exceeds industry standards.
