- provides uniforms
- decent hourly pay for servers (~$4 an hour)
Cons
Everything has to be approved by upper management, this can take days. The people approving these menu changes, social media posts, and policies for a location are in the restaurant maybe 2-3 times a month. Most come in less. Sometimes change needs to happen immediately and unfortunately that doesn't happen here.

nice people, good training, good career opportunities
Cons
Everyone was super friendly and nice but there was always a lack of communication between managers, RA, and their client MCRA and it led to a lot of mismanagement. Very heavy corporate presence too
