Pros

Great hours, benefits, paid time off, classes, trainings, development and growth within the company. This is also a quick rowing company so new opportunities pop up everywhere.

Cons

The hours are not very flexible.

I have been with RA for 1 year, and I have been so happy since starting. I feel a real connection to the company and their goals, and there is a great support system. I have a fun job and my bosses are respectful and understanding, as well as challenging in the right way.

Cons

I have a lot of work to do, but I do feel that it is reflective of my salary.
