      Pros

      Monday-Friday. Holidays off. PTO. Vacation Time. Most of the time cooking jobs do not offer this to you but RA does!

      Cons

      Hard to move up within the company. Write up policy needs a lot of work. How managers are disciplined needs to be more attentive. I feel like managers for this company can get away with lying and calling off alot with no form of a written.

They have collaborated with some of the world’s best brands to create award winning café concepts and continue to be industry leaders in food service management.

      I should have joined the organization sooner in my career.
