      Strong benefits, great hours and flexibility for a chef position. Lots of resources to expand and grow, and many other opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Like all large companies, the job can be very numbers focused. Your position is only as good as the GM you work with.

      If you're a person who wants to go far and succeed. RA will be there every step of the way to make sure you reach your full potential. They are really big on innovating and getting everyone together as a family, it's truly such a great thing to be apart of.

      There isn't really any, some days are long? That's probably it!
