Pros
The hours are flexible and the call-in service to set up your own work hours was great as a kid in college. The pay was also amazing.
Cons
Sometimes back-breaking work, constantly on your feet and late nights, which can be tough if you have classes the next day. I was never really sure who was running things - events always ran smoothly, but it seemed like I was reporting to a different colleague every time. Never really met any full-time management, but I just may not have realized that someone was.
