Employees are encouraged and supported. Always listened to and worked with on a genuinely caring basis. My team literally feels like a family. So even when we have our squabbles or disagreements we always find a way to work it out and be pleasant with each other

Cons

Still a minimum wage position ( but luckily my location has really nice perks that make up for it)
