      Pros

      Benefits, flexibility, ability to transfer worldwide, everyone is friendly.

      Cons

      Service standards are outdated, inefficient, and lead to double work. Leading to needing more staff and less money for everyone. Pests are a problem that hopefully will be rectified. Typical corporate gaslighting. There are many units in the metro area so maybe some are better than others.

      Shameful Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Free lunch every day at work is pretty nice

      Cons

      Units are so so understaffed. No work life balance. Such a joke to get 10 vacation day for first 4 years of employment. No culture and I know of no opportunities to grow for me or my team
