Getting to work with folks who care about food, people, and service with the stability of a 9 to 5.

Cons

Have only been with the company for a few months. Haven't really come across anything worth complaining about, but I would like to participate in more networking events with other units. RA as a whole seems to have less opportunities along those lines than they've offered in the past, but I think it's because they're still coming off Covid precautions. Which is entirely valid! But would probably be my only noticeable downside so far.
