      Pros

      i've met many kind people

      Cons

      bad vacation/pto benefits; i get 10 days vacation. we work sometimes 14-15 hour days straight and dont get to compensate on other days because the catering office is open 10 hrs daily. Being the days are long, we should have more vacation days, with little or a lot of seniority. I like putting in the work, but we deserve more time off to have a better work life balance.

      Pros

      If you are looking to develop a career especially in management; this is the place to build a career and to learn. There are many opportunities and most of the managers have been with the company for a long time.

      Cons

      I don't know if this is really con but Restaurant Associates is within a large company. It can be overwhelming but if you have a career plan together; its the best place to work and to build a career.

      Pros

      There are a lot of positive aspects when you work for that company. First of all, all team members are very helpful and kind, you never feel alone and you always know that they got your back Second of all, all upper management is extremely understanding and polite It’s a great company that gives you so many opportunities to build your career and learn so many helpful skills

      Cons

      The only downside for me is that I didn’t start working for that company earlier.
