      Pros

      -RA was quick to bring staff back post pandemic. -Competitive wages -Competitive benefits -Phone stipend provided for managers for work cell phone -TONS of opportunity world-wide -Fantastic at providing task force employees for units that need assistance over specific periods of time -My Director is FABULOUS!

      Cons

      -HR is not on site and the managers have to do a lot of their own HR related items including culture building -IT is the same -Apps / Technology is not completely integrated so you need to log into various sites

      Lots of opportunity for growth and development; great benefits and pay is competitive. I have been able to work in different departments and properties during my 3+ years at the company so far and look forward to future opportunities!
