      Large company, small growth

      Pros

      Able to work in some amazing locations, able to use vast array of equipment.

      Cons

      Growth isn't common, unless you have connections to someone at the top. It is a large company so there is hundreds of other candidate's/employees to compete with. Management is ether amazing to work with or horrible. Not the worst management but not some of the best ever worked with ether.

      The family meal is always delicious, Training for Product knowledge, flexible hours, nice managers, the wage is good

      Cons

      fewer work hours, not enough for a Full-time job

      Restaurant Associates is a great company to work for. The managers and associates are valued and treated well. We have many career opportunities' and learn from the best in the industry.
