      RA gives all their employees the equitable opportunity to not only be employed, but to have employment with purpose and passion. The company makes sure that people feel sense of belonging, feel comfortable and supported by the organization.

      Cons

      RA should look closer at B&I account with small group of employees, their hard work and recognize the unit more often.
