Working in any capacity for this employer will keep you busy. You will learn about different products and how they are packaged for the consumer (restaurant owner). This employer values hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a set schedule, don't apply with this employer

Cons

It's not a con to me but for some potential employees it may be. Your schedule will not be set and the time you are scheduled may not be the time you get off from work. This is retail you may be required to work longer than your scheduled time.

If you are current assistant manager at another company and are looking to make the step to store manager this is a good place to do so.

Cons

The work load and expectations are a little unreasonable. Quality of department management type people is poor compared to retail supermarkets.
