If you have a family be sure to say goodbye because once you're on salary here they work you to death. It's pretty much 12 hour plus days and weekends. If you're desperate enough to take a job with these guys make sure you get a nice base salary and don't let them temp you with the bonus trick. It looks like a good deal but when it comes to bonus time they pull the old dooms day routine and you'd be lucky to get 25% of what they promised you. This organization is one of the creepiest places I've ever worked. If you're not part of the inner circle you're treated like you're less than human or something. Senior management is unprofessional and and outright disrespectful to their subordinates. They've got an attitude like you're lucky you even have a job. By the way, the "inner circle" is somewhat ethnocentric . Every department is suspicious of each other and constantly looks for reasons to dump on each other.
