Plenty of variety in positions, opportunities for advancement. Union shop, comes with health insurance and dental.

Cons

Very physical work. Bulk quantities mean heavy stock. Footprint is small for sales volume so very little downtime. Management can be inconsistent. Facilities need repair, and equipment is often down, slowing processes
