Pros

Good Money and Decent Benefits

Cons

Managers are expected to work or be on call 24/7/365. The organization is cliquish and I experienced 2 Operational VPs, 3 Regional and 2 General Manager changes inside of 3 years. This is because the higher you go the quicker they are to burn you out. There is no consistency and no work life balance. Countless examples of misogamy amongst leadership. Women either "fall in line" or they are forced out.

Pros

Great company! Great pay for a class B license! Great work time..either 3/13 hour days and 4 off or 4/10 hour days and 3 off. Great opportunities for advancement and plenty of training. Open door policy that is REALLY an open door policy. Many diffrent locations around the country.

Cons

There really isn't anything I would call a con.
