Your leader is a good resource for you if you feel you're working a tough schedule. You might also want to check in with Learning and Development. We have some excellent training available on how to manage your team so you won't feel you're missing out on other things.

      Pros

      I don't believe there is a better job for drivers out there. Work 3 days on and get 4 days off. As long as you do your job management won't bother you Customers are usually happy to see you.

      Cons

      Not having your own truck.
