Managers have no technical background, they have no sense of quality work and only cares about their numbers.

Not including Management. All employees get along.

Cons

No parts, No support from management, having to tell customers 3 or 4 times the parts has been ordered when we know our managers do not want it to affect thier budget ie their numbers. Low pay increase regardless if you work hard or not. In the past 3 years less than 1.5% pay increase has been the norm for all employees but every meeting we hear how great the company is doing.
